RDM — Random Deathmatch

• Killing without a valid RP reason is forbidden
• At least 2 minutes of RP interaction must precede
• After 15 minutes from the incident, kills are invalid

RP Refusal

• Avoiding RP situations is forbidden
• Not responding when spoken to
• Acting out of character

NLR — New Life Rule

• If you wake up in hospital after a serious injury:
• You don't remember what happened or who is responsible
• You cannot return to the location where you died
• You cannot use information from before your death

Meta Gaming

• Using out-of-character information (Discord, streams, videos) inside RP for personal gain is strictly forbidden

Value of Life (VOL)

• Your character must fear for their life
• Do not play as if you have extra lives — this is RP, not a game

Power Gaming

• Unrealistic RP is forbidden
• Running or fighting immediately after a serious injury
• Performing impossible actions with vehicles

Combat Log

• Disconnecting while in an active RP scenario is strictly forbidden

VDM — Vehicle Deathmatch

• Intentionally hitting players with a vehicle is forbidden
• In case of an accident, the driver must assist the victim

OOC — Out Of Character

• Any form of OOC or breaking character in-game is forbidden

Sexist RP

• Sexist roleplay or expressions are not allowed unless both parties explicitly agree

Female Peds

• Using a female character is only allowed for players who identify as female

Delete Character

• Only allowed with the player's own consent
• Forbidden for clearing criminal records or avoiding consequences
• Violation results in severe penalties

Mods / Cheats

• Cheats or advantage-giving mods are strictly forbidden
• ➡️ If caught: Permanent Ban
• ➡️ Refusing a cheat scan: Permanent Ban

Abuse / Exploits

• Any form of abuse is forbidden
• Bugs must not be used for personal gain
• Mandatory reporting to Staff for fixes

Robberies

• Robbing someone without meaningful RP (conversation, threat, etc.) is forbidden

Group Size

• Each criminal group may have up to 12 members in active scenarios

Random Farm

• Must be at least 2 people
• Must have +2 more people than the targets
• 📌 Example: If you are 2, the other side needs 4+ to farm you

Robbery Zones

• Dangerous areas (outside the city)
• The Grove (gangs only)
• Or if there is a prior active scenario

Group Appearance

• During criminal activity, all group members must wear matching or similar outfits

Alliances

• Alliances are only allowed between groups of different categories (e.g. gang with mafia, cartel, etc.)

Civilian vs Criminal RP

• Civilian RP must not be affected by criminal RP
• Criminal activity without an active criminal job is forbidden

Restart Rule

• All criminal activity is forbidden 30 minutes before server restart

3rd Party

• Involvement of a third group in an active scenario or shootout is forbidden

Police Equipment

• Stealing police equipment (weapons, taser, etc.) is strictly forbidden

Police Limit

• Maximum 16 active officers per scenario
• 📌 During a police officer hostage situation: Police/Military is no limit

Corrupt Officers

• Selling or giving police equipment to non-officers is forbidden
• Associating or cooperating with known criminals is forbidden
• Exception: Only for approved intelligence-gathering RP

Fields & Police

• Mandatory engagement with the scenario
• Shootout only allowed if both sides agree negotiations have ended

Imprisonment

• Police may sentence up to 150 months

Cop Baiting

• Intentionally provoking police into a chase is forbidden

EKAB & Danger Zones

EKAB is not allowed in:

• Fields / Process / Sellers / PUBG
• Areas with active gunfire without police escort

Open Ups / Operations

• Maximum allowed: 16 people
• No exceptions regardless of scenario

Municipal Police — Special Rules

• Masks are forbidden
• Max 4 members in joint operations
• Traffic stops are forbidden (Police only)
• Forbidden in ATM robberies, Criminal Cargo, Boat Cargo
• No weapons drawn inside City Hall
• Taser only when suspect refuses repeated orders

Criminal vs Police Limits

Counter Robbery

• Once a robbery has started and police have been notified, any counter is forbidden

Negotiation & Shootout

• Police cannot fire until they receive fire or negotiations officially end
• After negotiations end: mandatory 30-second window before shootout
• Interfering with the police negotiator is forbidden

Chase Rules

For 15 minutes after a chase begins, the following are forbidden:

• Changing vehicle
• Changing outfit
• Entering a house

Escape from Robbery

• Criminals may only leave after 20 minutes have passed with no police response

Hostage Ransom (Max)

Prohibitions

• Staged hostages are forbidden
• PvP robbery is forbidden
• Unjustified ending of negotiations is forbidden
• Extreme or troll demands are forbidden

Clips & Support

• Mandatory clip of the ENTIRE event for all players
• No clip = considered cheat → entire team is eliminated (G)
• Only NVIDIA or AMD clips accepted — no exceptions
• Other software clip = cheat → G entire team
• When support is requested: 2 minutes to join or G entire team
• Crash requires POV clip — no clip = no return

Equipment & Appearance

Forbidden:

• Helmets
• Masks or anything covering the full face

Mods / Cheats / Graphics

• Any advantage mod is forbidden (Fast Run, No Water, No Bush, etc.)
• ➡️ Penalty: Ban + G entire team
• Forbidden: Low render, LUA modifications, Process Hacker
• Shake only allowed via Razer or Logitech
• Renamed mod file → Ban + G entire team
• Refusing scan = PERMA BAN

Behavior & Cheats

• Ironic phrases like "I have bypass" or "scan me" without being asked → immediate team disqualification
• Participating in cheat dev/info or being admin in a cheat server → SUSPICIOUS → G entire team
• Toxic behavior → banned from PUBG Events

Event Returns

• Return only allowed if a cheater is disqualified (only affected players return) or server bug occurs

Extra

• If you join and get stuck in Custom Villa: it is entirely your own responsibility

Multiple Accounts

• Using a second Steam account to participate in Events more than once is forbidden
• ➡️ Penalty: 10-day ban + 1 Mafia Warning

Team Entry

• The team enters from ONE point only
• Entering from different points is forbidden
• ➡️ Penalty: 200 months + 1 Mafia Warning

Character Appearance

Accessories that cause exploits or collision are forbidden:

• Glasses in front/behind head, Box gloves, Earrings, Helmets, Hats, Flippers
• ➡️ Penalty: 200 months

Events — Ally Allowed

• Criminal Cargo
• Boat Cargo
• ATM Robberies
• Crate
• Cayo Perico Event

Events — No Ally

• Flag Wars
• Capture
• King Of Paleto / Sandy

Clips & Cheats

• Mandatory clip for all event participants
• Any cheat or advantage mod is forbidden
• ➡️ Violation = severe penalties / ban

RP Respect

• Streamers must follow all server rules just like every other player

Meta / OOC via Stream

• Using information from Chat, Stream, Clips or VODs for in-game advantage (MetaGaming) is forbidden

Stream Sniping

• Watching another player's stream to gain in-game advantage is strictly forbidden

Behavior

Forbidden:

• Defaming the server
• Toxic or provocative behavior on-stream
• Revealing Staff or admin actions

Streams Channel Spam

• Spam in the streams channel is strictly forbidden (repeated links, messages, pings without reason)
• ➡️ Violation: Streamer Role Removed
